In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount
will be refunded to the Consumer on the concerned credit / debit card through Internet
Payment Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.
The Transaction Processing Fee inclusive of service tax for Payment Gateway Facility
- Credit/ Debit Card shall be charged from SBPDCL Consumers and will not be refundable.
Any claim of interest on refund amount will not be entertained.
SBPDCL may change the terms and conditions and disclaimer set out above from time

If any transaction fails, the same will be refunded to the respective A/C of the
payee within 2-3 days by the Bill Desk after reconciliation. The other terms will
